In-case of proprietor/individual:
  • Address proof of trademark owner (Like-Driving Licence, Passport, Aadhar card, Voter card).
  • Firm/company Address.
  • Copy of trademark to be registered

In-case of Company/Partnership:
  • Address proof of trademark owner (Like-Driving Licence, Passport, Aadhar card,Voter card).
  • Certificate of incorporation and Address proof in case of company.
  • Copy of trademark to be registered.
